Presenter's corner

Presenting authors will be invited to fill the author biography form (MS/word or Acrobat/pdf) and to send it to the conference secretary Martine Bisauta .

Thirty minutes will be allocated for installation, presentation and questions. Therefore, the typical duration of a presentation is 20-22 minutes.

Presentations have to be sent to the conference secretary one week prior the conference. They will be checked and uploaded on the conference computer (runs Windows, MS-PowerPoint,  AcrobatReader and video viewers).

Please note that it will be formally asked to the delegates to not take photos or videos during the presentations.
